Assistant of Trial Engineer（401）
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Conduct mold flow analysis for new products and generate reports during the pre-mold development phase;
2. Provide corresponding solutions or suggestions based on problems encountered during mold flow analysis;
3. Prepare mold DFM reports;
4. Participate in the review of new mold/process issues and provide reference opinions from a mold flow perspective;
5. Actively cooperate with tasks assigned by superiors.
【Job Requirements】
1. At least three years of full-time mold flow analysis experience (with experience in plastic mold design);
2. Understanding of the properties of various plastic materials and familiarity with plastic mold structures;
3. Familiarity with the warpage mechanism of plastic products and the ability to provide reasonable solutions through mold flow analysis;
4. Strong professional skills, communication skills, proficiency in Mold Flow software, and a strong sense of responsibility;
5. Mold design experience, ability to use 3D drawing software such as UG or Pro/E, and the ability to prepare mold DFM reports;
6. Familiarity with injection molding processes is preferred.
