Plastic Nold Design Engineer（399）
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Evaluate molds and provide quotations and DFM reports for new products;
2. Complete 2D/3D mold drawings on time and to a high standard based on product drawings;
3. Follow up on the processing progress of new molds;
4. Track mold trial status and review and resolve problems;
5. Actively cooperate with the work assigned by the supervisor.
【Job Requirements】
1. Five years or more of experience in designing precision plastic molds for connectors;
2. Understanding of the characteristics of various plastic materials, the performance of mold steel, and familiarity with various structures of plastic molds;
3. Proficient in designing precision molds for connectors;
4. Strong professional skills, communication skills, proficient in UG and AutoCAD, and a strong sense of responsibility;
5. Ability to read Moldflow analysis reports; those with Moldflow analysis skills are preferred;
6. Experience in designing insert injection molds, and the ability to design complex insert injection molds such as multiple insert injection molding and multi-variety, multi-quantity one-time insert injection molding are preferred.
