【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for quality planning throughout the entire new product development process;
2. Analyze, improve, and track the progress of quality improvement and rectification during the APQP project development phase;
3. Participate in organizing and coordinating preventive quality activities, and plan, analyze, improve, and track the development of testing and verification;
4. Responsible for quality verification at each stage of process development (full-size, engineering capability, process/product audit, PPAP initial verification, internal sample sealing);
5. Responsible for compiling initial mass production documents: incoming material inspection instructions, process inspection record sheets, factory inspection reports, GP12 instructions, and tooling operation instructions;
6. Responsible for analyzing the causes of failure in final products and process products, and proposing improvement plans;
7. Responsible for receiving customer complaints from OEMs during the development phase. 8. Compile and process statistics;

9. Prepare and track 8D reports during the development phase until they are closed;

10. Organize quality analysis meetings to promote the effective implementation of quality improvement measures;

11. Handle customer quality complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce the impact of quality issues;

12. Understand the company's safety and environmental policies, objectives, and indicators, and ensure environmental health and safety work in the assigned area;

 

【Job Requirements】
1. At least two years of relevant work experience in quality management;

2. Familiar with IATF 16949 quality management system; familiar with product development management processes; proficient in quality management methods; proficient in using quality tools; automotive quality management system standards, PPAP, APQP, 8D reports.
